Our Services
DPanda provides a distribution and embedded-finance infrastructure platform for D2C brands, retailers, lenders and influencers across India, including but not limited to: e-commerce distribution across banking apps, marketplaces and the ONDC network; EMI and subvention checkout for retail and online sales; an influencer commerce platform; a Loan Origination System (LOS) connecting retailers to NBFC and bank lending partners; AI-backed catalog analytics; and integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and OpenCart.
Account Security
Where you create an account with DPanda or any DPanda service (including the LOS app or influencer platform), you must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dpanda.in if you believe your account has been used by an unauthorised party.
Lead Forms & Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry through any service page on this website, you consent to DPanda contacting you via the email address and phone number you provide, and to that enquiry being routed to the relevant internal team for follow-up. Submitting a form does not create any binding commercial agreement between you and DPanda.
EMI, Subvention & Lending Services
EMI approvals, subvention terms and loan origination outcomes processed through DPanda's checkout and LOS services are determined by DPanda's lending partners (NBFCs and banks) based on their own credit policies. DPanda facilitates the application and routing process but does not guarantee approval, and is not itself the lender unless explicitly stated for a specific product.
Availability & Accuracy
We attempt to describe our services, partner networks and commercial terms as accurately as possible. We may occasionally make errors in stated figures, approval rates or commercial terms on this website; where this happens, the terms confirmed directly with our team in writing will prevail.
Copyright and Trademarks
All content on this site — including artwork, graphics, images, text, video and designs — is the intellectual property of Klip Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, or third parties who have licensed the materials to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of India and other countries.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
